Only 35% of Dads were getting a present on Father’s Day compared to 95% of Mums.
We needed to do something about this and it couldn’t just be solved with the range of goods Tesco had on offer for Father’s day including mugs and whisky. What we needed to do was remind everyone how great it feels to tell Dad you love him. I think we succeeded.

All day on Father’s Day we gave families across the UK the chance to record a message instore and have it played out to dad as he shopped.
